Adrian Misiak
Paweł Jabłoński was born in 1986. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of Spanish and European Law at the Castilla-La Mancha University and the University of Warsaw. In 2008-2015 he worked in law firms. Since 2015, he has been an attorney at law, a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. In 2016-2018, he was the Chamber’s deputy disciplinary spokesman.
From 2018, he was an advisor to the Prime Minister, and then deputy director of the Department for Coordination of International Projects. From February 2019, he is a member of the Council of the Institute of Central Europe. Since November 2019, he has been the deputy minister of foreign affairs and is responsible, inter alia, for Economic and Development Cooperation as well as African and Middle East Policy.

The tasks of the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a plenipotentiary will include, i.a., coordination of activities of government administration bodies in connection with the preparation and implementation of tasks under the Three Seas Initiative, representing the Council of Ministers in relations with other countries in the field of cooperation under the Three Seas Initiative, cooperation with representatives of governments of the countries included in the Initiative, posting draft documents regarding the Initiative to the Council of Ministers Three Seas.
In addition, the plenipotentiary may appoint opinion-giving teams or to develop specific issues, and must submit an annual report to the Council of Ministers on his work.
The Three Seas Initiative is a platform for cooperation between 12 countries located between the Adriatic Sea, the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea. Its aim is to strengthen the EU’s cohesion by enhancing infrastructure, energy and economic cooperation between Central European countries.
